Hi! I am Kate Barton. I was born and raised in Spanish Fork, Utah. I now live in Santaquin, Utah with my husband. I love sports, running, hiking, and all things outdoors as well as spending time with my family and supporting them in all the things that they do.
I LOVE First Colony and I love what I do and who I get to work with. I started in the title insurance industry in 2020 as an escrow assistant which is where I met my husband Parker who is a real estate agent #realestatelovestory. Life has since brought me to First Colony, and I could not be more grateful! I have had the opportunity to assist many incredible Loan Officers and have been able to learn so much from them! My experience in title and assisting has taught me all the details of a mortgage loan as well as the real estate transaction as a whole from start to finish.
