My name is Blake Bench. I’m a Utah native and family man with an incredible wife and 5 fantastic kids. I love this beautiful state that we live in. I spend as much time as I can in our mountains hiking, backpacking, and fly fishing our lakes and streams in the summer or snowboarding in the winter.
I grew up in rural Utah in a farming community where I spent my childhood moving sprinkler pipe and hauling and stacking hay bales for livestock. I have a hard time sitting idle and when I’m not working on your mortgage or exploring Utah’s mountains I keep my hands busy with little DIY projects around the house and garage.
I have had the privilege of working for First Colony Mortgage for almost 10 years now. I spent 6 of those years as one of the Top loan officers in Southern Utah, and have called Utah County my home for the last 4 years.
I’m an expert at helping people qualify for a mortgage and navigate the process quickly and easily. I find a great deal of fulfillment in my job and the relationships I form with my customers.
